Account Deletion Policy — MasterPoker Pro

We respect your privacy and are committed to providing transparent data management. If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data from the MasterPoker Pro platform, please carefully review the following instructions and conditions.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the MasterPoker Pro app.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Tap "My Profile" in the top-right corner.
4. Go to Settings > Account.
5. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and confirm the deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful deletion, the following data will be permanently erased:

• Your personal profile information (e.g., username, avatar, email address)
• Your game history, chat records, and friend list
• All other data associated with your account

Please note: This action is irreversible.

Retained Data (If Applicable)

In compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, we may retain certain transaction records or security logs for a period of up to 30 days. These will be permanently deleted once the retention period expires.

Deletion Timeline

• Your deletion request will be processed within 7 business days of submission.
• Once your data is permanently deleted, it cannot be restored.
